Data location#
UpBoard is hosted with Infomaniak, an independent Swiss provider with ISO 27001-certified datacenters in Belgium and Switzerland. For UpBoard customers, all operational data (Odoo cache, agent memory, logs, backups) sits in Infomaniak's Belgian datacenters.
Secondary infrastructure (disaster-recovery replication) also remains in the European Union.

No LLM training on your data#
UpBoard uses Anthropic models (Claude Sonnet 4 and Claude Haiku) in stateless API mode. Under Anthropic's commercial API terms:
- No customer data is used to train or retrain models
- Requests to models are not stored beyond what is strictly needed to generate the response (zero retention for commercial API accounts)
- None of your prompts or data is shared with other customers
This guarantee is formalised in the DPA between UpBoard and Anthropic, covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
Backups#
Daily backups
Full PostgreSQL snapshot every night, kept 30 days rolling.
Monthly archives
First-of-month snapshots kept 12 months for audit or long-term recovery.
Geographic replication
Backups replicated to a second Infomaniak datacenter (Belgium + Switzerland), outside the primary site zone.
Business continuity#
- RTO (Recovery Time Objective): 4 hours for a major incident
- RPO (Recovery Point Objective): at most 1 hour of data loss in a major disaster
- Documented quarterly restore tests

Reversibility#
You can export all UpBoard data (operational cache, agent memory, configuration) as JSON or CSV from the UI anytime, without a ticket.
On termination, export is offered automatically and full erasure is guaranteed within 30 days (written attestation on request).
