No. UpBoard plugs into your existing ERP (Odoo today, more soon) and adds an agentic intelligence layer. Your ERP remains the system of record. UpBoard analyses, recommends, and prepares actions — your ERP stays the source of truth.

All plans (Starter, Business, Scale) include access to the 5 agents available today: Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Helpdesk, Data Quality. What changes per plan is the monthly AI credit budget (sized for small business / SMB / mid-market), the number of seats (2, 5, unlimited) and the number of connected Odoo instances (1, up to 3, unlimited). Public API and unlimited history retention are on Scale.

On a demo: under 5 minutes after connecting your Odoo, you see concrete numbers in euros (dormant quotes, dormant stock, tax risks). In real usage: the first follow-up or first validated action typically lands within the week of activation.

No. All your UpBoard infrastructure (cache, agent memory, backups) is hosted in Belgium with Infomaniak. Requests to LLM models (Claude) go via Anthropic in stateless API mode with zero retention and standard contractual clauses. Your data is never used to train a model.

Yes. UpBoard acts as processor under GDPR, signs a standard DPA with customers, and lists subprocessors publicly. More details on the GDPR compliance page.

You can export your data anytime from the UI (JSON or CSV). On termination, full erasure of your data is guaranteed within 30 days, with written attestation on request. No lock-in.

No. The connection takes under 30 minutes via a step-by-step guide in the UpBoard UI. You create a dedicated Odoo user, grant read access, generate its API key, and enter the URL + key in UpBoard. If you work with an Odoo integrator partner, they can do this in 15 minutes.

No. UpBoard rate-limits its requests to Odoo, runs most aggregations on the UpBoard side, and runs scans during off-peak hours (night) by default. Impact on your Odoo is negligible, comparable to a user reading reports.

No self-service free trial at this stage. Instead we offer a 30-minute personalised demo on your real data. It is more efficient: you see the value immediately on YOUR Odoo, not on a generic demo instance.

The standard subscription is monthly with no commitment (30-day notice). The Founding Members programme offers a 12-month commitment in exchange for the 24-month price guarantee and bundled benefits.

Automatic monthly billing via Stripe (credit card or SEPA direct debit). Invoices are issued on the 1st of each month, compliant with Belgian and French tax requirements. Enterprise payment methods (wire transfer, mandate) are available from the Business plan.

30 slots opened at programme launch in April 2026. The real-time counter is on the Founding Members page. Once the 30 slots are filled, the programme closes and the public rate applies to new customers.
