Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the UpBoard.ai platform, a SaaS service of AI agents connected to ERP systems (Odoo, SAP).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on UpBoard.ai, you accept these Terms of Use in their entirety. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.

3. Service Description

UpBoard.ai provides:

  • Specialized AI agents (Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Finance, HR)
  • Secure connection to ERP systems
  • Analysis and recommendations based on ERP data
  • Automated report generation

4. Registration and Accounts

Registration requires a valid email address and the creation of a password that meets security requirements. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually according to the chosen plan. Payments are processed via Stripe. Prices are shown in euros excluding VAT. Any started month is due in full.

6. Data and Security

UpBoard.ai accesses ERP data in read-only mode by default. ERP connection credentials are encrypted (Fernet). Data is not permanently stored: it is queried in real time from the ERP.

7. Liability

Recommendations provided by AI agents are indicative and do not constitute professional advice. The user remains solely responsible for decisions made based on these recommendations. Any action on the ERP requires explicit user confirmation.

8. Availability

UpBoard.ai commits to ensuring 99.5% availability on a monthly basis, excluding planned maintenance. Maintenance operations are communicated in advance by email.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your account data is deleted 30 days after cancellation.

10. Intellectual Property

UpBoard.ai and all its components (code, design, trademarks) remain the exclusive property of Organize IT SRL. ERP data remains the property of the user.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms of Use are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Brussels, Belgium.
