Everything you need to know about UpBoard.ai
By default, UpBoard.ai operates in read-only mode. The AI analyzes your data but doesn't modify anything without your explicit approval. When an action is proposed (a follow-up, a record update), it goes through a validation system (human-in-the-loop) where you approve or reject it.
Absolutely. Your data travels through TLS 1.3 encrypted connections. We do not copy your Odoo database: only analysis results (alerts, scores) and your agents' memory are kept, on our servers in Switzerland. We are GDPR compliant and your ERP connection credentials are encrypted with Fernet. You maintain full control of your data.
Connecting your ERP takes less than 5 minutes. The first scan starts right away and gives you your first actionable insights within a few minutes. The diagnostic puts a euro figure on what it finds (dormant quotes, overdue receivables, tied-up stock), so you can judge the value of the subscription for yourself.
Yes. The free diagnostic analyzes your Odoo in a few minutes, read-only. You can then try UpBoard for 14 days, or until the trial credit is used up if you get there first, on your real data and with no credit card. A guided 30-minute demo is still available if you prefer.
You receive alerts at 70%, 80%, 90% and 100% of your monthly credit. At 100%, agents stop answering until renewal, but monitoring keeps running: scans, checks and alerts do not consume credit. To unblock agents right away, you can buy a credit top-up (Recharge S, M, L or XL, from 49 € to 499 € excl. VAT) or move up a plan. Top-ups cover usage beyond your monthly credit: if you go over regularly, moving up a plan costs less. No overage is ever billed to you.
