What happens when I reach 100%?▾
You can buy an extra credit pack instantly. Pack credits never expire, unlike the monthly credit which resets at the start of each billing period. If you regularly hit 100%, we recommend upgrading to a higher plan for better value.
Is the monthly credit carried over?▾
No, the monthly credit resets at the start of each period. However, credits purchased via packs are kept indefinitely until fully used.
Can I change plans at any time?▾
Yes. If you upgrade, the difference is prorated and the new credit is available immediately. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of the current period.
Are all agents included in all plans?▾
All plans give access to all business domains and standard agents. Premium agents (forecasting, pricing optimization, advanced profitability analysis) are reserved for Business and Scale plans.
