Is there a free trial?▾
Yes. You can try UpBoard free for 14 days, or until the trial credit is used up if you get there first, no credit card required. Connect your Odoo, run your first scan and explore your AI agents on your real data. At the end of the trial you pick the plan that fits, or you stop at no cost. A 30-minute personalised demo is still available if you prefer a guided walkthrough.
How does the AI credit work?▾
Credit is only consumed by what you ask for. Everything the platform does on its own is included and draws nothing: scanning your business domains four times a day, the 92 data quality checks, alerts, the weekly digest and your dashboard briefs. A question to an agent consumes very little. The heavy work is what weighs: simulating an insight, running the devil's advocate, dry-running a fix, drafting a personalised email, and above all generating a PowerPoint board pack, which crunches a lot of data at once. A percentage gauge tells you where you stand, with no tokens and no euros to count.
What happens when I reach 100%?▾
Agents stop answering until the credit renews at the start of the next period. Monitoring keeps running: you keep your scans, checks and alerts, since they do not use credit. To unblock agents right away, you can buy a credit top-up in the app, from the Billing page, whose balance never expires: Recharge S 49 €, Recharge M 129 €, Recharge L 299 € or Recharge XL 499 €, excl. VAT. Top-ups cover usage beyond your monthly credit: if you go over regularly, moving up a plan costs less. No overage is ever billed to you.
Is the monthly credit carried over?▾
No, the monthly credit resets at the start of each period. However, credit bought as a top-up is kept indefinitely until fully used.
Can I change plans at any time?▾
Yes. If you upgrade, the difference is prorated and the new credit is available immediately. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of the current period.
Are all agents included in all plans?▾
All plans give access to the same agents and all business domains. What changes from one plan to the next: the number of users, the number of Odoo connections, the monthly AI credit included and the support level.
Is there a commitment?▾
No commitment on monthly. Annual gets a 15% discount and is paid in one go. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
