How it works

Your Odoo credentials, kept safe.

1. Read-only connection

Give us an Odoo API key (or password). We use it only to read data — no modifications, creations or deletions in your ERP.

2. Immediate encryption

Your credentials are encrypted (Fernet AES-128) on arrival and never stored in clear, never logged, never shared with third parties.

3. Auto-expires in 30 min

Without account creation within 30 minutes, the encrypted token expires and becomes unusable. Your credentials are gone — we cannot reconnect.

Concretely, what do we keep?
  • ✓Your Health Score, anomaly counts per domain and their estimated financial impact.
  • ✗No customer name, product, invoiced amount or personal data from your ERP. Aggregates only.
  • ✗No copy of your Odoo database. We read, we compute, we discard.
  • ✓Hosted in Europe, GDPR-compliant.

💡 Tip: create a dedicated API key in Odoo (Settings → Users → API Keys) and delete it after the scan. Cleanest option.
