Your Odoo credentials, kept safe.
1. Read-only connection
Give us an Odoo API key (or password). We use it only to read data, no modifications, creations or deletions in your ERP.
2. Immediate encryption
Your credentials are encrypted (Fernet AES-128) on arrival and never stored in clear, never logged, never shared with third parties.
3. Auto-expires in 30 min
Without account creation within 30 minutes, the encrypted token expires and becomes unusable. Your credentials are gone, we cannot reconnect.
Concretely, what do we keep?
- ✓Your Health Score, anomaly counts per domain and their estimated financial impact.
- ✗No customer name, product, invoiced amount or personal data from your ERP. Aggregates only.
- ✗No copy of your Odoo database. We read, we compute, we discard.
- ✓Hosted in Europe, GDPR-compliant.
💡 Tip: create a dedicated API key in Odoo (Settings → Users → API Keys) and delete it after the scan. Cleanest option.
