How it works
Your Odoo credentials, kept safe.
1. Read-only connection
Give us an Odoo API key (or password). We use it only to read data, no modifications, creations or deletions in your ERP.
2. Immediate encryption
Your API key (or password) is encrypted (Fernet AES-128) on arrival. It only lives inside an encrypted token, never in clear, never shared with third parties.
3. Used by your account, or erased
The encrypted token holding your key expires at the latest 30 minutes after launch. If the scan succeeds and you create and connect your account within that time, your access connects your agents without retyping it. Otherwise it is erased.
Concretely, what do we keep?
✓Your Health Score and the list of detected anomalies, with the document reference, the amount and the party involved.
✓Your Odoo address, the database name and the login used, so you do not have to type them again when you create an account.
✗No copy of your Odoo database. Your API key or password is never written to our database during the scan.
✓Hosted in Switzerland (Infomaniak, Geneva), GDPR adequacy.
💡 Tip: create a dedicated API key in Odoo (Settings → Users → API Keys). You can revoke this key anytime in Odoo.

Is it really free?
Yes. The full scan, score and report are 100% free, no credit card needed. You only pay if you subscribe afterwards for anomaly details and AI agent assistance.
Are my Odoo credentials stored?
Your API key or password is never written to our database during the scan: it only lives inside an encrypted token (Fernet AES-128) that expires after 30 minutes at most. If the scan succeeds and you create and connect your account within the 30 minutes that follow the launch, this access connects your agents without retyping it, then stays encrypted like any Odoo connection of your account. Otherwise it is erased. We do keep your Odoo address, the database name and the login used, so you do not have to type them again if you create an account. We recommend a dedicated API key, which you can revoke anytime in Odoo.
Does the scan modify my Odoo data?
No. The scan is strictly read-only, no writes, creates or deletions. We only use search_read and search_count.
How long does the scan take?
A few minutes for a standard-sized Odoo instance. Faster if you have fewer modules installed.
Which Odoo modules are supported?
Master data, sales, purchases, stock, finance and helpdesk. We auto-detect installed modules and adapt the checks accordingly.
What about Odoo.sh or self-hosted instances?
Both work. Your instance just needs to accept a JSON-RPC connection with an API key. We support Odoo 15 to 20.
What do you keep from my Odoo?
The score and the detected anomalies, with their document reference, their amount and the party involved, plus your Odoo address, the database name and the login. We never copy your database.
