Pricing FAQ#
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
No. Onboarding is included in the monthly subscription. You connect Odoo in about 5 minutes via a guided setup, or with help from your own Odoo integrator if you have one.
Am I locked into a long contract?
The standard subscription is monthly with no commitment, cancellable anytime, effective at the end of the current period. The launch offer does not change that.
How do agent credits work?
Each plan includes a monthly AI credit budget shown as a percentage gauge in the app (never tokens). The budget covers normal usage for a company of the plan's target size. Details on the Agent credits page.
Why are all agents included in Starter?
Because the value of agents comes from their interactions (Sales × Inventory, Purchasing × Data Quality, etc.), gating Starter to two agents would destroy that compounding value. Every plan ships all 7 agents. What changes: the number of users, the number of Odoo connections, the included AI credit (standard, larger or maximum) and the support level.
What happens if I exceed the credit budget?
You are notified by email at 70%, 80%, 90% and 100% consumption. Past 100%, two options: move to the higher plan (prorated to month end) or wait for renewal at the start of the next period. You can also buy a one-off top-up in the app, from the Billing page, to absorb a spike without changing plan: Recharge S 49 €, Recharge M 129 €, Recharge L 299 € or Recharge XL 499 €, excl. VAT. Top-ups cover usage beyond your monthly credit: if you go over regularly, moving up a plan costs less. No automatic overage billing.
Can I try before committing?
Yes, for free.
