Pricing FAQ#
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
No. Onboarding is included in the monthly subscription. You connect Odoo in under 30 minutes via a guided setup, or with help from a partner integrator from our network.
Am I locked into a long contract?
Outside the Founding Members programme, the standard subscription is monthly with no commitment, cancellable anytime with 30-day notice. Founding Members commit for 12 months in exchange for the 24-month price guarantee and the bundled benefits.
How do agent credits work?
Each plan includes a monthly AI credit budget shown as a percentage gauge in the app (never tokens). The budget covers normal usage for a company of the plan's target size. Details on the Agent credits page.
Why are all agents included in Starter?
Because the value of agents comes from their interactions (Sales × Inventory, Purchasing × Data Quality, etc.), gating Starter to two agents would destroy that compounding value. Every plan ships all 5 agents. What scales is the AI credit budget: Starter is sized for a small business, Business for an SMB, Scale for a mid-market company.
What happens if I exceed the credit budget?
You are notified at 80% and 95% consumption. Past 100%, two options: move to the higher plan (prorated to month end) or wait for renewal on the 1st. You can also buy a one-off credit top-up pack (€49 to €499) to absorb a spike without changing plan. No automatic overage billing.
