Who this programme is for#
The Founding Members programme is built for leaders who recognise themselves in 3 or 4 of the points below:
- You run an SMB or mid-market business on Odoo (5 to 200 employees)
- You have tried or watched BI or automation tools without reaching the expected value
- You regularly make decisions without all the data you would want
- You are open to giving structured feedback (15 minutes per week max) on what works and what does not
- You want to influence product choices rather than live with a closed roadmap

Programme conditions#
- 30 slots total, allocated in order of reservation
- Initial commitment of 12 months from activation, in exchange for the 24-month price guarantee
- Eligible plans: Starter, Business, Scale (Founder rate applies to the chosen plan)
- Go-live: within 7 days of signature
Frequently asked questions#
What happens after 24 months?
After the 24-month guarantee, your rate aligns with the prevailing public price (public prices trend up as UpBoard delivers more value). You keep all other Founding Members benefits for life: Founders Circle, beta access, status, Slack channel.
What if UpBoard stops the service?
You can export all your data anytime as JSON or CSV. In case of service shutdown, we give a minimum 6-month notice and support the transition. No lock-in.
How does the Founders Circle work in practice?
A 90-minute Zoom session each quarter (scheduled one month ahead), hosted by Max. Agenda: review of latest features, cross-feedback from Founding Members, vote on next product priorities. Replay available if you cannot attend.
Can I transfer my Founding Member slot?
Yes, under conditions. If you change company or your business stops, you can transfer your slot to another qualified leader after our team validates the new owner's eligibility.
How do I reserve my slot?
Book a 30-minute demo via the button below. If after the demo you want to join, you lock your slot by signing the contract. The Founder rate applies from the first invoice.
