Maxime Vanderhaeghe

Maxime Vanderhaeghe is the founder and CEO of UpBoard.ai. He has worked with SMEs on Odoo since 2010, back when the ERP was still called TinyERP 4.0 and then OpenERP 5.0. Over sixteen years, he has led more than 130 ERP implementation projects, from initial rollout to continuous optimization, across SMEs in varied sectors (industry, distribution, services).

Those 130 projects led to a repeated realization: the data was there, in the ERP, but almost no one was using it. Quotes expiring without follow-up, unpaid invoices piling up, inventory drifting. Not out of negligence, but for lack of time, budget and data expertise, which large corporations have and SMEs do not.

UpBoard.ai is his answer to that gap: specialized AI agents, connected to Odoo read-only, that turn data into prioritized decisions, with human validation on every action. The goal is simple: bring enterprise-grade intelligence within reach of a 1-to-500-person SME.
